The Bench is a unique part of our recruitment process that lets
us get to know each other. It works like this: We interview you;
you interview us. When we reach the point where we know we would
be a good fit for each other, you join our "bench".
Then, when a new personnel need appears, we go to our bench of
pre-qualified specialists and bring someone in-maybe you! It's
a great way for us to to open the door to a potential future relationship.
