What is IMC?
Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) is about delivering the
right message, at the right time and place, to the right market
segment, to build the brand, drive sales and provide a feedback
loop for improved products and relationships. In a nutshell, it
means "All Communications. One Voice." A brand is a singular idea
in the hearts and minds of the consumer. A singular idea works best
when all communications speak with one voice.
