Digital Team Leader/Production Coach Digital Production Coach
We're looking for an experienced digital marketing Team Leader to lead active client business and drive agency efforts to identify and secure the services of the best digital production talent in the greater Los Angeles area.
Specific job responsibilities of this dual role include:
Team Leadership:
· Strategic, client-facing leadership of a team of talented integrated marketing communication specialists to collectively determine the client’s needs, create impactful messaging and media, produce/develop/deliver the final solution(s), and analyze performance and ROI, post-launch.
· Includes creation of engaging strategies and ability to drive them through execution.
· Creation and utilization of supporting processes and documentation (status reports, estimates, production schedules, billing, etc.)
Production Coach:
· Assembly and maintenance of a stable of freelancers and digital development companies across all major programming languages, skill sets and other development areas of digital production for the agency to call upon as workloads require.
· Along with other digital specialists, consultation with agency teams and clients about strengths and weaknesses of various technical approaches for potential projects, leading to initial technological directions.
· Education of agency associates on emerging digital technologies and their ramifications to the marketing communications arena.
· Strong participation in new business efforts, especially as it relates to digitally based marketing communications.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of digital marketing communications experience (agency preferred)
2. 5+ years of client-facing account management experience (agency preferred)
3. Broad understanding of all areas of the digital production and development process, including information architecture, user interface design, desktop/mobile/app design, predominant programming languages, project management/production techniques, etc.

We built our edit bay/production facility to service the diverse needs of our clients, from corporate DVDs, to TV and radio spots, to online videos.
Preferred qualifications
• Basic understanding of NLE systems (FCP mandatory) • Basic knowledge of video/audio technical specs, including framerates, codecs, formats, etc • Experience with video compression software (Compressor, Episode, etc) • DVD authoring experience
