In our full feedback environment, the self-directed teams draw from the talent and experience of
the entire agency to create, evaluate, and execute great ideas. In effect, we put more brains on
our clients' businesses. We use three unique feedback processes to help us consistently deliver
great work:
The BrainBangers' Ball™
A once-a-week combination brainstorming/focus group session where we throw the full creative
force of the agency against our work. The whole agency meets to brainstorm new
campaigns, review work in progress, gather data, and strategize client marcom plans.
The Wall
The Wall is a centrally located place in the agency where work in process is displayed for
critique by anyone who wants to give input. A creative gauntlet, The Wall enables invaluable
feedback to be gathered and helps the teams stay on strategy. All comments are welcome.
The Eyeball
Sometimes the best way to get feedback on a project is simply to show the work in progress and
ask an associate,"what do you think?" This is the process we call the Eyeball. It often results in
better work and time refining our concepts to the highest quality.
